Once your order is delivered, you can raise an exchange within 24-48 hours of delivery from the My Orders section on the website. A delivery executive will pick up your item within 7 working days.
A proper unboxing video is mandatory in case of a damaged product or even in case of a size exchange.
In case of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to your original address with an extra charge of 250 INR all over India.
Please note we will check the whole piece before dispatching your exchange product. All the tags should be intact on the piece.
